A leading cyber training provider in Nottingham is seeking a Cyber Security Academy Manager to oversee training operations and lead a team of instructors. The role involves developing and implementing a curriculum, organizing training activities like Capture the Flag events, and ensuring alignment with industry standards. The Deputy will report directly to the Academy Director and will be responsible for managing a team of cyber trainers and overseeing all professional, operational and technical training aspects at the academy, including Capture the Flag (CTF) programs, courses (blue / red cyber focused), and other practical training activities.
A key part of the role will also involve delivering training directly when required—acting as an instructor / facilitator for courses, labs, and workshops, and supporting delivery during peak periods or specialist modules.
