Teneo is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Associate to turn our cybersecurity strategy into measurable outcomes. You will join the Information Security and Risk team to strengthen assurance, improve risk visibility and support priority security initiatives across our global business.

Working with colleagues across Security, IT, Legal, Procurement and the wider business, you will help keep controls effective and audit-ready, support remediation of risk and provide credible assurance to

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk, cybersecurity governance or compliance.
• Knowledge of common frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials).
• Strong analytical and organisational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and controls assessments with walkthroughs, evidence gathering and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate evidence for external audits and assessments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials).
• Maintain clear control documentation and audit evidence for efficiency and consistency.
• Track risk-treatment actions, owners and deadlines; elevate delivery concerns as needed.
• Help create and maintain security policies, standards and control descriptions.
• Assist with third-party risk assessments and risk review integration into onboarding.
