Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a GRC Consultant (Cyber Assurance / Security Operations Manager) to ensure security controls are in place and operating effectively across the lifecycle. You will design, test and evaluate information security, aligning risks to business acceptance and enabling secure operations.

Role requires delivering security governance, risk management and compliance programs, coordinating with 1st-3rd line of defence, and driving improvements for regulatory and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering security solutions for large-scale infrastructure or transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks (NIST CSF/800-53, NCSC guidance).
• Experience with security testing and vulnerability management (pen tests/ITHC).
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide security expertise across standards and manage security controls performance.
• Develop Information Security Management Plans addressing regulatory and compliance needs.
• Identify risks and lead remediation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure supplier and partner compliance with security policies and KPIs.
• Coordinate governance, risk, and compliance initiatives and reporting.
