Teneo is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Associate in London to join the Information Security and Risk team. You will help translate cybersecurity strategy into measurable outcomes, strengthen assurance, and support delivery of priority security initiatives across the global business.

You will work with Security, IT, Legal, Procurement and the wider business to keep controls audit-ready, remediate risks, and provide credible assurance to clients and auditors, gaining exposure to

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk, cybersecurity governance, compliance, audit support, or related fields.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials; NIST knowledge a plus.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills; ability to manage evidence across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and controls assessments with walkthroughs and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate evidence for external audits and compliance assessments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials).
• Maintain control documentation and audit evidence for efficiency and consistency.
• Track risk-treatment actions, owners and deadlines; escalate delivery concerns as needed.
• Support governance, reporting and insights through security metrics and dashboards.
