Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Cyber Security Compliance Analyst to support governance, risk and compliance programs within a large-scale organization. The role involves cybersecurity analysis, audit support, third-party risk management, and compliance reporting across IT and business stakeholders.

You will develop programs, track findings, and contribute to security policy improvements while staying aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance (GRC), IT compliance, or related cybersecurity discipline.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance programs, control frameworks, and governance initiatives.
• Familiarity with IT audits, internal controls, and security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI, ITGC).
• Experience supporting third-party/vendor risk management activities, including security assessments and remediation follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and enhancement of cybersecurity compliance initiatives and governance practices.
• Coordinate audits, IT controls reviews, security certifications, and regulatory assessments.
• Track audit findings, remediation plans, and compliance gaps with timely actions.
• Review vendor security documentation to identify risks and ensure controls.
• Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, metrics, and reporting for leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and best practices to improve cybersecurity processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity requirements.
