Qualifications

• Significant operational or delivery management experience within professional services, consulting, technology, or risk environments.
• Demonstrable experience designing and improving operational frameworks.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and make independent operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling and resource coordination across all Cyber Resilience Consulting engagements.
• Own operational KPIs and reporting integrity.
• Drive monthly performance reporting and financial insight.
• Design and mature operational frameworks that are auditable and scalable.
• Partner with Finance to produce structured monthly performance reports.

Skills

Operational or delivery management experience

Experience with PSA, scheduling, and reporting systems
