Job summary

ManpowerGroup in partnership with a major financial services client is seeking a Cyber Tech & Engineering QA Architect in Sheffield. The role is hybrid, three days on-site per week, with a contract ending 12 May 2027.

You will define the Testing Strategy and QA maturity framework across Cyber, delivering governance, tooling, and adoption plans. You will lead maturity assessments, define remediation roadmaps, promote automated testing and ensure audit-ready evidence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in QA leadership or architecture.
• Experience supporting QA/audit readiness in regulated environments.
• ISTQB Advanced/Test Manager or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Testing Strategy and QA standards across Cyber.
• Lead Maturity Framework assessment and remediation planning.
• Promote automated testing and appropriate performance testing levels.
• Provide training and governance for QA tools and evidence templates.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and dashboards for delivery quality and adoption.
