Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is recruiting a Cyber and Information Security Team Leader to head the daily operation of the Cyber and Information Security Team within the Information Governance Unit. The post holder provides technical direction, oversees monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and risk assurance, and supports policy framework development.

Applicants should have substantial cyber and information security experience and the ability to communicate complex governance matters

• Experience in security monitoring, incident response, risk and assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Cyber and Information Security Team.
• Provide operational leadership, direction and specialist advice on controls and standards.
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and risk management.
• Lead investigations into cyber and information security incidents and report actions.
• Support policy framework development and assurance evidence for audits.
• deputise for the Cyber and Information Security Manager when required.
