Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is recruiting a Cyber and Information Security Analyst to join its Cyber and Information Security Team within the Information Governance Unit. The role involves monitoring and improving cyber security systems and technical controls, investigating alerts and incidents, and supporting risk and vulnerability management and assurance activities.

Travel throughout the service area is essential; a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check is required.

Qualifications

• Must have cyber security knowledge and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyse technical information and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve cyber security systems and technical controls.
• Investigate security alerts and incidents.
