CFC is seeking a Cyber Incident Manager in London to coordinate cyber incidents from initial notification to resolution. You will focus on project coordination, stakeholder management, communication and decision-making rather than hands-on technical work.

You will be the central point of coordination during incidents, ensuring the right people are engaged, actions progress, stakeholders are informed, and clients receive an exceptional experience during challenging times.

Formación

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing cyber incidents from triage through to resolution.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients during an incident.
• Coordinating technical specialists, investigators and support teams to ensure actions are completed.
• Leading incident calls and stakeholder meetings.
• Managing action plans, timelines, priorities and deliverables.
• Providing regular updates to clients, insurers, legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Translating technical information into clear business-focused communication.
• Working closely with executives and senior leaders to support decision making.
• Maintaining incident records, reports and documentation.
• Supporting lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement throughout the incident lifecycle.
