Morgan Stanley is seeking a Cyber Incident Manager in the UK to lead global cyber event response and incident management across the Fusion Response and Recovery organization. You will coordinate with cyber, technology and business stakeholders to rapidly mitigate risk and ensure regulatory and reputational protection.

The role requires 24/7 operational experience, crisis management, and strong analytical abilities, with certifications such as CISSP/CISM or SANS preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a global distributed organization with 24/7 operations.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or SANS (GCIH/GSEC) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience applying AI to improve operational security and incident response.

Responsabilités

• Own assigned incidents and preparedness activities with independent judgment.
• Coordinate escalations and engage stakeholders for remediation.
• Lead post-incident reviews to document lessons learned and update playbooks.
• Develop incident scenarios, playbooks and response drills with key teams.
• Communicate clearly in complex situations to all levels of the organization.
• Manage crisis calls and ensure timely incident communications.
