Intact Insurance UK is seeking a Cyber Defence Transformation Analyst to drive continuous improvement of cyber defence tooling, automate processes, and align security capabilities with evolving threat landscapes. You will focus on reducing manual work, improving response speed, and embedding modern frameworks across the security stack.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cyber defence domains including vulnerability management, exposure management, SOC operations and threat intelligence.
• Experience with security tooling such as vulnerability scanners, SIEM, EDR, identity security and attack surface management platforms.
• Proven capability in automation using workflows, scripting or orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Defining and delivering a roadmap for continuous improvement across cyber defence tooling and operational processes.
• Identifing inefficiencies and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency and speed of response.
• Embedding best practice frameworks and modern approaches, including exposure management, attack surface reduction and shift left principles.
• Establishing metrics to track operational performance, efficiency gains and risk reduction outcomes.
