Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Cyber Defence & Resilience Support Engineer (CDS/CRS) to manage secure Windows endpoints within a dedicated CDS/CRS tenant. The candidate will provide on-site support from Canary Wharf while ensuring secure, compliant operation across UK locations, with strong Microsoft Intune expertise.

This role covers end-user support, Intune administration, patch and vulnerability management, application packaging, and governance reporting in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of: endpoint configuration management, patch management, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Application packaging and deployment using MSI, IntuneWin, and PowerShell.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in secure, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Windows end-user devices.
• Deliver onsite support in Canary Wharf and remote support to UK-based users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device, application, and policy-related issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM processes.
• Administer and manage devices within a Microsoft Intune environment.
• Package and deploy applications using Intune and modern endpoint tools.
• Produce monthly operational and service reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security policies and SAL requirements.
