Job summary

Intact Insurance is seeking a Cyber Awareness Analyst within Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security to drive awareness across the organisation. The role reports to the Director, Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security, with day-to-day task management provided by the Cyber Awareness Specialist.

You’ll create engaging cyber content, coordinate campaigns and events, and measure training completion and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication for engaging cyber content.
• Experience supporting cyber awareness or training initiatives.
• Understanding of phishing, passwords, social engineering, data protection.
• Ability to translate security concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of cyber awareness campaigns and colleague communications
• Create and maintain security training, education and behaviour change materials
• Assist with phishing simulations and targeted awareness activities
• Develop content for different business audiences
• Promote secure behaviours and reinforce policy and good practice
• Coordinate awareness events, campaigns and engagement initiatives across the business
• Track awareness metrics, training completion and campaign effectiveness data
