Intact Insurance is seeking a Cyber Awareness Analyst to help build a strong cyber security culture across the organisation. You will work within the Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security team, supporting awareness campaigns, training content and phishing simulations while reporting to the Director.

Qualifications

• Experience creating clear cyber security content for varied audiences.
• Experience supporting cyber awareness, training or communications initiatives.
• Knowledge of phishing, password security and data protection concepts.
• Ability to translate security concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong planning and multi-tasking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Improve cyber awareness campaigns and colleague communications.
• Develop training materials and behaviour-change content.
• Assist with phishing simulations and awareness activities.
• Create engaging content for different business audiences.
• Promote secure behaviours and enforce security policies.
• Coordinate awareness events and engagement initiatives.
• Track metrics and training completion data.
