Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our expanding EMEA team. You will design and deliver cloud-based solutions integrating Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Microsoft Fabric.

This client-facing role requires strong communication and architectural skills to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. You will mentor teammates, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and stay ahead of industry trends to propose transformative outcomes for our clients’

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Solution Architect or similar role.
• Experience with Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE and CX solutions.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of Azure stack technologies and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design using Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Demonstrate and present solutions to prospective clients.
• Gather business requirements through workshops and document specs.
• Design data pipelines and analytics using Fabric and integrate with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Stay current on Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
