Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a Data & Insight Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover to lead a CX programme, overseeing the implementation of a new CX platform and coordinating with senior leaders and external partners.

You will translate customer feedback into practical recommendations, provide insights and reporting to drive performance, and develop one direct report in a hybrid working setup (3 days in office / 2 days at home).

Qualifications

• Proven project management and change delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience managing external suppliers and partners.
• Confidence working with data, reporting and business insight.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer experience drivers.
• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's Customer Experience programme.
• Manage the implementation and embedding of a new CX platform.
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive project delivery across the business.
• Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring delivery against expectations.
• Translate customer feedback and data into practical business recommendations.
• Provide tools, insights and reporting that support operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention and revenue.
• Support and develop one direct report.
