Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a hands-on AI agent engineer within the Customer Delight team to build and ship AI agents into live operations across UK, NL and DE. You will QA, forecast, report, and manage workforce to ensure model accuracy during busy periods.

You’ll own end-to-end quality processes, stress-test chatbots, and work with low-code tools to automate workflows. This 12-month, full-time role offers flexible work from abroad and a chance to shape an AI-powered customer operation.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI agents in production, not just prototypes.
• Able to explain agent capabilities to non-technical teams.
• Forecasting decisions should be data-driven and honest.
• Hands-on with automation/low-code tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• QA agent development: automate quality scoring and coverage.
• Forecasting: build self-improving forecasting for steady-state and peak periods.
• Reporting: automate agent-level and functional reporting.
• Workforce management: align forecasts with scheduling in the WFM platform.
• Chatbot testing: stress-test the AI chatbot with real scenarios.
