Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Feltham, London, is seeking a Customs Operations Supervisor (Air & Road Freight) to oversee key customer accounts, ensure customs compliance, and drive service levels across import and export shipments.

Are you a Customs Supervisor with experience in Air and Road Freight, looking to join a global logistics business offering clear progression into senior leadership, hybrid working and a company bonus to increase your earnings?

This global freight forwarding and logistics business operates across international markets with a multi-billion-pound turnover and a worldwide network spanning numerous countries. Providing multimodal transport and supply chain solutions across air, road and sea freight, they work with major customers globally.

In this role, you will oversee customs operations for key customer accounts, ensuring compliance, SLA performance and excellent service. You will manage import and export processes, reporting and operational issues while working closely with customers and internal freight teams. Joining a team of 6, this role offers clear progression into senior supervision and ultimately Operations Manager.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day customs operations for key customer accounts

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Office based in Feltham, with hybrid working available following probation
