The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders and external authorities, maintaining accurate documentation, and supervising workloads to meet business objectives. Monitored by the Regional Customs Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a customs team to deliver service and results.
• Ensure declarations and documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor KPIs, quality, and compliance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Handle complex customs queries and escalations.
