Job summary

WR Logistics in Feltham, United Kingdom, seeks an experienced Customs Operations Supervisor to lead and develop nominated customer accounts. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure customs compliance, and drive improvements in efficiency, reporting, and profitability.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will partner with account teams, manage budgets and SLAs, and coordinate global activities to deliver strategic plans and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial and customer service activities.
• In-depth customs knowledge and customs badge systems.
• Extensive freight forwarding and logistics industry experience.
• Understanding of import/export processes and wider supply chain.
• Project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships across nominated customer accounts.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities for assigned accounts.
• Ensure effective working practices with customers.
• Monitor SLAs and contracts to ensure customs compliance.
• Provide extensive monthly customs reports.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability.
• Coordinate and harmonise activities between customer teams globally.
