DFDS in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customs Clearance Clerk to join our team in Immingham. You will support day-to-day customs clearance operations on an eight-hour shift pattern, five days from seven, bringing accuracy, organisation, and clear communication to our compliance-focused role.
You will complete customs declarations, liaise with customers, and work with internal systems to ensure on-time submission and high service standards.

You’ll bring a strong clerical or administrative background, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You’ll be organised, methodical, and comfortable working with structured processes and compliance driven tasks. Good communication skills are important, as you’ll liaise regularly with customers and colleagues.
