Qualifications

• Knowledge of customs brokerage process and legislation, especially classification, valuation and origin.
• Understanding of ocean, road and air documentation processes.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track and Trace Custom files and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing.
• Interpret and apply the Desk Level Operating Procedure for import/export instructions.
• Transfer customs declaration information into the customs entry system.
• Assist with verification and submission of declarations to customs authorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations at all times.
