Your Daily Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading service departments.
  • Ownership of customer experience metrics.
  • Ability to work with international teams across countries and cultures.
  • Experience with customer journey strategies and process management.
