Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members to join our local Co-op store. You’ll be part of a friendly team delivering essential services and helping customers in a busy shop environment.

The role includes possible work in the post office, bakery, or assisting with online orders for home delivery. We provide full training, a pension scheme, 31 days holiday (pro rata for part-time), and access to discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and enjoy helping people.
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced store.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts across the week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Ensure prices, dates and stock are correct and shelves are safe.
