Job summary

Co-op Group in the United Kingdom is seeking Customer Team Members for a part-time role at our local store in St Albans. You’ll deliver friendly service, help keep shelves stocked, and support online orders as needed.

The role includes 16 hours per week with regular overtime, a permanent contract, and a 2pm–10pm shift pattern (Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun). Full training provided; age 18+ required.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• The ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Help keep shelves stocked and prices/dates accurate.
• Contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience.
• Promote Co-op Membership and local community involvement.
• Support post office, bakery or online order services where applicable.
