Job summary

We are seeking Customer Team Members for Co-op's local store in Carnwath. You will work in a fast-moving team, helping deliver essential services, including potential post office or online order duties. The role is part-time with 12 hours per week plus overtime, permanent contract, and paid training.

Shift patterns include early mornings, afternoons, and late evenings (up to 10pm) with weekend work discussed at interview. Age 18+ is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over to apply.
• Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings and late evenings.
• Retail or customer service experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, support store operations.
• Promote Co-op membership and assist with post office or other services as needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth daily operation.
