Job summary

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members to join our local store and help deliver friendly, helpful service to the community. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment, potentially in the post office, bakery, or online order picks.

With full training provided, you’ll be part of a team that keeps shelves stocked and customers smiling. You’ll support daily operations on the shop floor and tills, promote Co-op Membership, and contribute to community connections.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for helping people and delivering friendly service.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy store environment.
• Availability for mid-afternoon to late-evening shifts, including weekends, with flexibility for interview discussions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Assist with stock, pricing, and product dates to ensure shelf accuracy.
• Keep shelves stocked and maintain store standards and safety.
• Promote Co-op Membership and local community support initiatives.
