Job summary

Co-op is recruiting a Customer Team Member to join a busy local store in St Mawes. You’ll work a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, with at least two weekend or closing shifts and regular overtime.

A full, paid training program is provided, and you’ll be helping deliver essential services to the community. You’ll engage customers on the shop floor, at the till, or with online orders, supporting stock, pricing, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environments (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Help maintain shelves, check prices and stock accuracy, and support daily operations.
