Job summary

Co-op is recruiting a Customer Team Member in Penistone to deliver friendly, helpful service and keep shelves stocked for customers. This role may involve working in post office, bakery or assisting with online orders. A community-focused team environment awaits you at Co-op.

You’ll join a fast-moving store, work across a variety of shifts from early mornings to late evenings, and receive full training with clear opportunities to develop within the Co-op network.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and friendly approach to service.
• Ability to adapt to opening, middle and late shifts, including weekends.
• Interest in working in a busy retail store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service and assist with daily issues.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Operate tills and contribute to store operations for a positive shopping experience.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support community initiatives.
• Help with post office, bakery or online order tasks as needed.
