Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for the Gretna area, Dumfries and Galloway. You will join a friendly team, helping customers, stocking shelves, and handling till duties in a part-time role with 18 hours per week plus overtime.

Full paid training is provided, with shifts mainly 9am-3pm or 4pm-10pm, including weekends. You’ll be part of our community-focused Co-op, promoting membership and local charity involvement.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and friendly service.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• No prior retail experience required is acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly, helpful service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Assist with stock and price checks and shelf replenishment.
• Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Promote Co-op Membership and local community initiatives.
