Job summary

The Co-operative Food in Inverness is seeking Customer Team Members to join our friendly team. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and support daily store operations on a variety of shifts.

Depending on the store, this could involve working in our post office or bakery, or assisting with online orders by picking and packing for home delivery. We provide full training and permanent part-time hours with regular overtime.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service in a busy store.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts.
• Experience in retail is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep the store running smoothly with your team.
• Maintain shelves, check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community.
