SPAR Carnon Downs is hiring a Customer Team Member to support the store management team and create a positive customer experience. The role involves serving customers, maintaining shelves, handling tills, and ensuring stock rotation with a focus on great service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Some understanding of retail legislation and adherence responsibilities.
• Ability to contribute ideas for customer service and business growth.
• Experience with a Challenge 25 policy is desirable.
• Keen and enthusiastic about team and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and locating items.
• Process purchases at tills accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell products and highlight multi-buy offers to maximise sales.
• Handle stock tasks, stock checks, date checks, price changes and promotions.
• Adhere to company policies and store procedures.
