You will join a team in a busy Co-op store, with paid training, and opportunities to engage with local communities. The role requires 18+ and offers varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly, helpful service.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.
• Interest in retail and busy store environments (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked and prices/dates accurate.
• Support daily store operations and team communication.
• Promote Co-op Membership and community initiatives.
• Assist with post office, bakery, or home delivery orders as needed.
• Ensure the store is safe, legal, and well-presented.
