Job summary

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members to join our Leeds store on a part-time basis. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor, tills, and may help in post office, bakery or online orders.

You’ll work varied shifts, mornings, afternoons and weekends, with full training provided and a focus on community service and member benefits. You’ll be part of a friendly team delivering essential services to the local community, helping customers find what they need and promoting Co-op

Qualifications

• Passion for helping people and delivering friendly service.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environments (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Help keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and maintain a great shopping experience.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support local community initiatives.
