Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members for our local Newcastle-under-Lyme store. You will join a friendly team delivering everyday essentials, including possible work in post office or bakery areas and helping with online order picking and packing.

You will support shelves, tills, and daily operations to create a great shopping experience, with paid training and a strong community focus. Flexible shifts and weekend work are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations.
• Help maintain store performance by stocking shelves and checking prices and stock dates.
• Ensure store safety and legality, with correct prices and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
