Job summary

Co-op Group in Neyland is hiring as a Customer Team Member to join a busy Co-op store in the community. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and may work in post office, bakery, or online order prep depending on the store setup.

The role includes closing shifts 2pm-11pm, regular weekend work, and full paid training. You must be 18+ and flexible to meet business needs. This is a friendly, community-focused position with opportunities to engage with local and national charities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-moving retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to assist customers and handle queries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
