Job summary

Co-op is looking for Customer Team Members at our Penkridge store. This part-time role offers 12 hours per week with regular overtime and full training. You’ll be part of a friendly team on the shop floor and tills, helping with daily tasks and local store operations.

You’ll help keep shelves stocked, promote Co-op Membership, and support your community while working shifts from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage. Training is provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and weekends when required.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and support daily operations.
• Promote Co-op Membership and assist with community initiatives.
• Work with the team to ensure a smooth-running store and positive customer experience.
• Adapt to varying duties across post office, bakery, or online order support.
