We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service at the tills and on the shop floor, while also performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
  1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service—respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
  2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
  3. Ensure the store is safe and legal—keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
  4. Assist in introducing new products and services—share experiences to help everyone learn.
  5. Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
