Customer Team Member

Location: The Ropewalk, Southwell, Nottingham, NG25 0AL

Pay: £12.30 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time

Working pattern: varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service at the tills and on the shop floor, and perform tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
  • Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Ensure store safety and compliance by stocking shelves, checking prices, dates, and temperatures
  • Assist with introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues
  • Engage with the local community through activities and events
