CO-OP is seeking Customer Team Members for a part-time role in a local Co-op store. You will join a friendly team delivering essential services, including post office or bakery duties, or assisting with online orders.
The role focuses on great customer service, stocking shelves, and helping customers find what they need. The position requires flexible shifts including mid-afternoon to late evening hours, at least one weekend shift, and a willingness to participate in regular training.
Contract: 8 hours per week + regular overtime, 3 month temporary contract, part time
Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability. We're happy to discuss this further at interview.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day. Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
