Job description

Job Title: Customer Team Member at Co-op

Working Pattern

Varied shifts over 7 days, including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends. Specific shifts will be discussed at interview. Full, paid training is provided. You can apply via your mobile device — no CV needed.

  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries and promoting Co-op products and memberships.
  • Support colleagues and collaborate to solve problems and improve the shopping experience.
  • Ensure store safety and compliance by managing stock levels, pricing, and product freshness.
  • Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing feedback and experiences with colleagues.
  • Engage with the local community through various activities and events.
