Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Weymouth to run daily store operations, coach a small team, and ensure excellent service on shift. You will work on the shop floor and tills, support merchandising, stock control, and community engagement, while promoting Co-op membership and benefits.

The role involves varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, with a 30% colleague discount and a permanent part-time contract. Applicants must be 18+.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth
