Co-op in Sandbach is seeking a Customer Team Leader to head a small team and manage day-to-day store operations. You will lead on shift, ensure great service, and drive efficient operations on the shop floor and tills.

• The Hill , Sandbach, CW11 1HT Pay: £14.48 per hour Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening 6am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing 10pm) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview 30% colleague member discount in store

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community.

Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers.

Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
