Job summary

CO-OP in London is seeking a part‑time Store Leader to run daily operations, coach a small team, and ensure great service on the shop floor and tills. You will drive merchandising, stock accuracy and community engagement while supporting membership growth.

The role emphasises flexible hours, strong leadership, and a hands‑on approach in a busy retail environment with training and career development opportunities.

What you'll bring:

Pay: £15.73 per hour including London allowance

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including, afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including weekends, to be discussed at interview
