Job summary

Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader in Donaghadee and lead a small store team to deliver essential services to the community. You’ll supervise daily operations on shift, support tills and merchandising, and help deliver great service in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role is 12 hours per week with regular overtime, includes weekend shifts, and offers benefits such as staff discount, pension, holiday entitlement, and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a retail environment.
• Ability to coach and drive great service.
• Strong merchandising and shop-floor coordination.

Responsibilities

Customer Team Leader

Location: 20 New Street , Donaghadee, BT21 0AG

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability. We’re happy to discuss this further at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
