Co-op Digital in Belfast is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations on your shift, coach a small team, and ensure excellent service on the shop floor. You’ll support merchandising, stock accuracy, and member engagement with the Co-op membership scheme.
The role is part-time (12 hours per week) with regular overtime, including weekend shifts. A passion for people and flexible, hands-on leadership are essential for success.
Location: 191 Lisburn Road , Belfast, BT9 7EJ
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability. We're happy to discuss this further at interview.
