Co‑op in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Team Leader on a part‑time basis to run daily store operations and lead a small team. Customer Team Leader Location: 10-12 Fairwater Green, Cardiff, CF5 3BA Pay: £14.48 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview 30% colleague member discount in store
