Job summary

Isle of Anglesey County Council is seeking a capable leader to head the Customer Support Team on Anglesey. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support to internal staff and the public, and acting as the primary contact for Cyswllt Môn in relation to Waste Management issues.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, develop service improvements, and ensure Welsh language skills requirements are met as part of an inclusive approach.
