Job summary

Royal London Equity Release Advice in Plymouth is seeking a Customer Support Specialist on a secondment basis to be the first point of contact for customers seeking financial wellbeing through later life lending.

You will manage end-to-end journeys, document facts, ensure compliant recommendations, and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and advisers, while delivering accurate information and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer support in financial services.
• Strong communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage relationships with advisers and customers.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements for mortgages and later life lending.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer journey for equity release inquiries.
• Record accurate data from fact-finding calls and document proofs.
• Research customer requirements and provide compliant recommendations.
• Communicate progress to customers and third parties within SLAs.
• Manage a personal caseload and maintain post-completion updates.
